John Pasquinelli

Consultant

Founder of the agency in 1973, John has been in the Property & Casualty and Life Insurance business since 1967. John’s understanding of the industry and the region allowed the business to expand to service clients across the Tri State area.

Kathy Crouse

Agent

Kathy joined the Pasquinelli Insurance Agency in June 2019 as a CSR with 28 years of experience. Kathy works primarily with personal lines and is able to help with any questions or concerns. She has 3 sons and 4 grandchildren. Kathy is a great addition to our staff and looks forward to working with you.

Marc Pasquinelli

Owner

The next generation in the family, Marc has been a managing partner in the agency since 2000. Marc’s experience in the personal and commercial lines coverage has provided quality service over the years. When he’s not in the office, he’s spending time with his wife & three kids.

Pat Pasquinelli

Operations Officer

Pat is a cofounder of Pasquinelli Insurance Agency and has held many positions over the years. She now concentrates on agency operations and finance. Pat was the first president of Pasquinelli Inc. and served in that capacity until 2014, when Marc assumed that position.

Sarah Rodgers

Agent

Sarah joined the Pasquinelli Insurance Agency in March of 2021 as a licensed agent with experience in customer service over the years. Sarah primarily works with personal lines and life insurance. Sarah has been a great addition to our staff and looks forward to working with you.

Luke Pasquinelli

Agent

Luke Pasquinelli holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Duquesne University. With a strong foundation in strategic planning, customer engagement, and market analysis, Luke brings fresh perspective and energy to the team. His background supports both analytical thinking and creative problem-solving, making him a valuable asset in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Hannah Young

Intern

Hannah Young is a summer intern joining us from Mercyhurst University, where she is currently pursuing her degree in finance. Passionate about gaining real-world experience, Hannah is supporting our team throughout the summer. She brings a strong academic background and a collaborative spirit, and we’re excited to have her on board.

Denise Powell

Administrative Assistant
Denise Powell is our Administrative Assistant who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She brings strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent service that supports both our team and clients every day.
